Introduction. Patient-oriented communicative interaction in medicine is studied various sciences, however, teaching appropriate communication a medical university impossible without taking into account its verbal specifics due to the high linguistic activity of profession. skills should be systematically formed linguo-professional training, which disciplines and topics require clarification. The purpose study: determine set for patient-oriented training students identify their demand among teachers higher education (HME). Research methods: study scientific educational literature, reflecting aspects professional activities physicians; questionnaire survey (174 766 Siberian State Medical University (Russia, Tomsk), ranking subjects linguoprofessional according HME, summarizing results results. It substantiated that physicians should: 1) act as significant component training; 2) promote development (linguo-professional) competence implementation effective dyad “doctor – patient”; 3) based on principles anthropological approach, ideology patient-orientation medicine. 16 most relevant this were identified, related speech etiquette doctor, his tasks, rules techniques conflict-free are especially HME. Priority methods technologies with patients have been identified: conversations, situational active listening, dialogue communication, giving examples, simulation technologies. Conclusion. achievements research approach taken physicians. Its possible through complementarity content non-linguistic or single discipline communication.
